Jackson Easy Travel Logistics, LLC (JET LOGISTICS) - CLAUSE

I, LaTonya Jackson - Owner/Operator and Freight Broker, am doing business as JET LOGISTICS. I am the FreightBroker; my job is to negotiate and arrange freight loads with the shipper. I am also responsible for assigning a Carrier to safely and expeditiously transport the Shipper's item. Under no circumstances will the Shipper contact the Carrier for any negotiation, for anything at all. The Carrier will not contact the Shipper for any negotiation or additional work that is done through JET LOGISTICS. If for any reasons negotiations are done without my knowledge there will be a 15% fee of that particular load paid to me, LaTonya Jackson D/B/A JET LOGISTICS.

My company performs on contract work only!

We do not hire employee's!
